Terms of Service

1. Service description

Fiabl connects households in gated societies with trained, background-verified domestic helpers (“experts”). Bookings are made online and confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is collected after the service is complete.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and reside in a society served by Fiabl to book a service. Services are currently limited to select societies in Gurugram, Haryana.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed subject to expert availability.
• We reserve the right to dispatch a different expert if your regular is unavailable.
• Payment is due upon service completion. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a ₹50 cancellation fee.

4. Code of conduct

You agree to treat Fiabl experts with dignity and respect. Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind is grounds for immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Liability

Fiabl is not liable for incidental damage to property during service unless caused by gross negligence. Any claims must be raised within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of Fiabl after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
