1. Information we collect
When you book a service, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), flat number, and society. We use this to dispatch an expert and send you updates via WhatsApp.
For experts on our platform, we collect Aadhaar (last 4 digits only — we never store the full number), PAN (last 4 digits only), phone, and bank account details for payouts. Full identity documents are verified in person and not stored digitally.
2. How we use your information
- To confirm and dispatch your booking
- To send WhatsApp notifications about your service
- To match you with the right expert for your home
- To improve our service quality
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure hosted in the Asia Pacific region. We use Row-Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
4. WhatsApp communications
By providing your phone number you consent to receiving booking confirmations and status updates via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@fiabl.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
